We undertook a project to completely refurbish this dated North London property. The work involved creating an open planned space on the ground floor and installing supporting steel beams and columns. The existing bathroom was removed from the ground floor creating space for a larger kitchen. The smaller first floor bedroom was transformed into a large luxurious bathroom including under floor heating. The remaining bedrooms were rejuvenated with the master bedroom including an exposed brick feature wall.
